How do we handle this information?

All data, saved in our database, will of course be used in the process of excecuting your orders, but also to carry out improvements. If necessary, we will use the data to get in touch with you. Financial data such as credit card numbers and the expiry dates of your credit card will never come into our possession and are not saved in our database. This happens externally through PayPal Payment Service at their heavily secured computer systems. We maintain the right to register your IP address. This address can be used to build a profile of our clients and to evaluate the site's use. Furthermore this information will help us to continue developing this site, for instance in the field of design and lay-out or products on offer. It also helps us to detect abuse of our website and facilities, in such a situation we will always notify the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Can I have have insight into my data?

You are always entitled to ask for your personal data and if necessary they can be changed or removed from our database. Your personal data will never be given to a third party, following Dutch/EU Law on Registration of Personal Data.

Who have access to the data?

Access to the data is only allowed to people assigned by hollandwinkel.nl and only so because of their activities for hollandwinkel.nl

What about my rights in the regarding to registration?

By means of a written request in which are mentioned your name, address, phone-number ad e-mail address, you are entitled to have access to your registered personal data. If hollandwinkel.nl or third parties are likely to suffer damages in a disproportionate way, we reserve the right to deny the request. Within one month after receiving your request, we will inform you about our decision by e-mail.

Can I have my data removed from the database?

Personal data will be removed from the database if:

• the data turns out to be incorrect
• the registration of the data does not have any value to the purpose of the registration.
• the registration of the data is in violation of any statutory regulation
