You get then of us by means of e-mail an invoice sent with a specified account and our bank account number plus the codes for international payments. Please check the account carefully! No operation costs is calculated concerning international payments in the euro zone if you choose for shared costs and the payment in Euro.s is performed. If you should send a task by fax then it is for certainty pleasant if you confirm it by means of a e-mail.

How can I pay for my order?
Hollandwinkel.nl uses the services of Paypal for secure shopping and payment handling on the internet. Through their system various payment methods, including those of popular credit cards such as Visa and Euro/Mastercard are available. It is possible that Paypal’s name (as opposed to HollandWinkel.nl) is mentioned on your credit card receipt.
Who does the delivers of my order?
Most deliveries are made via TNT Post, priority / secured mail. The additional costs for delivery are charged on the base of country of destination and the total weight (included packaging and wrappings) of the order. International compensation Worldpack Special All parcels with a weight over 2 kilogram are shipped via Worldpack Special rates. If a parcel, shipped via Worldpack Special, does not arrive within the time specified, increased with 2-3 weeks for delays, always inform us about it. An investigation about the delay or non-delivery of the parcel will be started by the Dutch Postal Service in co-operation with the Postal Service in the country of destination. In general such an investigation will take at least 3 months. It is crucial to start this investigation within 6 months after the shipment of the missing parcel, otherwise getting compensation for the loss (if granted) will not be possible.
Compensation is not always given, there are exceptions. Not every country pays compensation, but most European countries do.
If your parcel arrives damaged with broken items in it, always make pictures and send them to email@example.com mentioning your name and ordernumber.
